1566 Health Consulting provides strategic, operational, and compliance consulting for healthcare practices. Service scope and deliverables are defined in written agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for consulting engagements. 1566 Health Consulting is not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by withheld or inaccurate information.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are due according to the terms stated in your service agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, patient, and business information shared during the engagement, in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
1566 Health Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or reliance. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. No Medical Advice
Our services are strictly for business and operational consulting purposes. We do not provide medical or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, materials, and methodologies provided remain the intellectual property of 1566 Health Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
